Judge Playing God Allows for the Murder of the Unborn

The state of Texas collectively took a stand to preserve life across the state. The new law was signed by Governor Greg Abbott, which prevents any baby from being aborted once the heartbeat is detected. The law was praised as being a means to protect the unborn from the clutches of bloodthirsty Democrats. But now, it seems that one judge can decide the fate of state legislature simply because he disagrees politically with their law.

U.S. District Judge Robert Pitman is a Barack Obama convert who thinks he has the right to destroy a pro-life bill simply because he sits on the bench. But all he has done is make it possible for liberals to kill unborn children systematically. His part in the murder of millions throughout the years is now cemented in stone.

The politicized judge wrote that “A person’s right under the Constitution to choose to obtain an abortion prior to fetal viability is well established. Fully aware that depriving its citizens of this right by direct state action would be flagrantly unconstitutional, the State contrived an unprecedented and transparent statutory scheme to do just that.”

What he deems to be an unconstitutional bill is a bill that protects life. There is no power in the country that has the right to legalize the murder of unborn children.

He might as well take it to the left and rule that any child can be murdered for any cause, no matter their age. But they will never bring themselves to live up to their actual beliefs because the thought of murder sickens their hearts, so they call it abortion—a fancy way of soothing their conscience.

Pitman went on to rationalize his political move by stating, “The State created a private cause of action by which individuals with no personal interest in, or connection to, a person seeking an abortion would be incentivized to use the state’s judicial system, judges, and court officials to interfere with the right to an abortion.”

His selfish beliefs were put into his ruling so he could justify killing the unborn. He honestly believes that people who want to stop abortions will systematically interfere in the process for the money side of the law. He cannot understand that Texans love life and will do anything to protect the life of the unborn.

The demonic judge explained that women have the right to decide what is suitable for their bodies. But his ruling does not even consider the rights of the unborn. The baby has the same Constitutional protections that the mother has. And it is not up to her to decide what happens to the baby just because she is more significant than the minor child.

Pitman talks about the mother’s rights, but he never once talks about the rights of the child. And he never will because he has been led to believe that life does not begin at conception but at the moment the baby opens its eyes.

The law does allow for the murder of unborn children before the heartbeat is discovered. And the law does not allow for the state to enforce the law. The enforcement of the law is left in the hands of the private sector. Anyone found aiding in abortion after the heartbeat is heard is guilty and will face some extensive fines.

The extent of the fight reaches the federal level as Merrick Garland would praise Pitman for standing up for death. Garland sees the ruling as a victory for women in Texas who feel trapped in their pregnancies. Except, they chose to get pregnant by engaging in sexual activities that led to the formation of a child, which does not give them the right to murder a baby out of convenience.

Pitman’s position as a judge is a lifetime event. Obama nominated him to the position of judge a decade ago. The liberals see him as a hallmark judge since he is the first gay judge to serve in the state. So now, the sodomite feels that he can destroy legislation by simply signing his name to a document. He is guilty of aiding and abetting the murder of unborn children.
