The state of California has all but turned into a liberal’s paradise. The socialist rules and regulations are exactly what they want to have governing them. But, the vast majority of the people do not want to live under the rule of a few maniacs on power trips. The problem they face is that the large cities all but control the political landscape of the state.
And now that Gavin Newsom survived the latest recall effort, he has doubled down on making the lives of the millions who hate him miserable. And to fund all of his exploits, he has turned to take money away from the rich people who make jobs possible for everyone else.
Elon Musk is classified as the richest man globally, and he is sick and tired of having his companies subject to the whims of a mad man ruling in California. He has decided that it is best that one of his arms of income move from the state over to Texas, where the environment is friendlier to people providing jobs and making money.
The self-made billionaire shared his plans at the company’s stockholder meeting. The meeting was taking place at his new vehicle plant located in Austin, Texas. The move is an excellent move for the company because Gavin Newsom wants to tax people to death in California.
Musk also stated that the plant located in Palo Alto would remain. Still, the headquarters would be based out of Texas, which means California will no longer benefit from them in the Pacific state.
Musk noted very clearly that “To be clear, we will be continuing to expand our activities in California. Our intention is to increase output from Fremont and Giga Nevada by 50%. If you go to our Fremont factory it’s jammed.”
Musk went on to tell how California was rough on people. He stated that people had a hard time affording a home to live in, and many people had to commute extremely far because of the cost of living in the state.
Musk noted that the move is excellent for the long-term plans of the company. He said, “It’s tough for people to afford houses, and people have to come in from far away. There’s a limit to how big you can scale in the Bay Area. In Austin, our factory is like five minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Downtown.”
The billionaire tried to reason with city and state officials about the lockdowns and how it had destroyed the company’s manufacturing division. He said that “Frankly, this is the final straw. Tesla will now move its HQ and future programs to Texas/Nevada immediately. If we even retain Fremont manufacturing activity at all, it will be dependent [sic] on how Tesla is treated in the future.”
The plant in California had to resume its operations even though the state had regulations prohibiting them from working. But Musk cared about his people too much and decided the fines were worth it so that he and his employees could get on with their lives.
California has lost all of the carmakers, and Tesla is the last one. The state has run out of all the major corporations that made a living there worth it. The billionaire called the state’s rules “fascist,” which shows how horrible it is to live with the Newsom governor.
He noted how the threat of arrest if citizens were to leave their homes is communist at heart. Newsom has sucked all the freedom out of living in the state, and they are essentially forced to live under house arrest as they live through a pandemic that has all but disappeared.
Texas and other states are growing at an exceptional rate because the money is leaving California. Places that once defined Silicon Valley are moving to the Lone Star State and setting up an office. Several millionaires have left the state for Texas because they are tired of handing their money over to Gavin Newsom to use criminally.
