Pelosi Goes Biblical to Defend $40B to Ukraine

Nancy Pelosi is all in favor of murdering children. She’s also in favor of getting rid of the bible when being sworn into office and removing all mention of God within the walls of Congress.

Yet, Pelosi also swears that she’s a good little Catholic girl.

Everything that the Speaker of the House does and says tells us that she’s not a good Christian. She is a hypocrite, and she isn’t making decisions that are good for mankind.

There’s just one problem.

It’s an election year. Pelosi knows that she and the other Democrats need some BIG wins if they are going to escape the red wave that has already been crashing down on liberals. And in order to get some wins, they’ll have to listen to the needs of the American people.

Many Americans have wanted to see Biden support Ukraine. It’s a must so that Russia doesn’t win. The last thing we need is for Putin to reassemble the USSR and become a bigger threat than he already is.

The time to support Ukraine has come and gone. Now, we need to focus on our home front. Pelosi isn’t one to put Americans first, though. So, she’ll focus on Ukraine. And she wants to send $40 billion their way, even though that money could be better used in the U.S.

We have homeless veterans on the streets. We have new moms incapable of finding formula in the stores. And we have hard-working Americans struggling to pay for gas to get to and from work.

Pelosi has a message for all of us – and she’s quoting the bible.

“When you’re home thinking what is this all about, just think about ‘when I was hungry, you fed me’ from the Gospel of Matthew.”

You have GOT to be kidding me.

Before we talk about her completely inappropriate use of the Bible to defend the spending, let’s look at what the House actually approved to go to Ukraine. Biden asked for $33 billion because what was already approved last month ($13.6 billion) has already been spent. The House Democrats decided to be a bit generous and add an extra $7 billion.

You know, because what’s a few extra billion, right?

There’s also the fact that Congress has given Biden carte blanche to give Ukraine whatever they need from our own stockpiles. And that means that our own weapons supplies are dwindling…and fast.

What’s all the money being spent on? Are we sure all of the weapons are being used responsibly? Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin basically told us that we should trust the Ukrainians.

And now, we’ve got Pelosi telling us that we need to turn to the Gospel to be at peace with this decision to send $40 billion more to Ukraine (assuming that the Senate approves it).

The portion of the Gospel that Pelosi quoted is referencing individual charitable acts. One person gives so that a person can be fed. So, if Pelosi wanted to make a personal donation, she could reference Matthew.

What she cannot do is use the Gospel to explain the ridiculous and inexcusable spending that she and her liberal vultures are approving of, all with smiles on their faces.

The comments on Twitter have shown that they’re not buying Pelosi’s sweet, Christian motives. As one person tweeted, “For I was a defense contractor, and you gave me even more taxpayer money.” That is definitely more of the truth.

Perhaps it would be easier to defend Pelosi if she weren’t trying to murder babies in her next breath.

Meanwhile, we have to look out for the hungry mouths in America first. Only then can we do anything for another country.
