Of Course, Biden’s Border EO Doesn’t Actually Do Much

By now, we all know that Biden has created a massive mess with our immigration system and border security. Thanks to him, we have literal millions crossing illegally every week.
Finally, he’s agreed to do something about it.

If you haven’t heard, he’s officially signing an executive order that would supposedly and drastically change how our border security and immigration are currently handled.

But as the truth of what that EO is comes to light, it’s become increasingly apparent that, like most things he has done, it’s far too little, far too late.

According to NBC News, the order shuts down asylum requests once the average number of daily encounters reaches 2,500 among all official ports of entry. Now, to be sure, that’s definitely putting a limitation on how many illegals are allowed in each day. So that is good.

But, as we can all tell, he’s not exactly doing this to help Americans out, is he?

Remember, this is an election year, one in which his name is hoping to be on the ballot again. And right now, he’s not looking very popular with huge swaths of the American population. For many, immigration and the border issues caused by the Biden administration are one of the top reasons they won’t vote for Biden.

Naturally, he’s hoping to change a few minds and prove that he’s doing something.
But even RINOs like Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell can see this for what it is.

And as Senator Ted Cruz points out, we wouldn’t be in this mess to begin with if it weren’t for Biden’s disastrous policies. Biden has essentially made his bed, and now, he’s trying to change the sheets. But the deed’s already been done.

It also means he was all-out lying a few months back when he said he had done “all I can do” in regards to solving the ongoing immigration crisis.

So yeah, it’s safe to say Biden is trying to save his drowning campaign. But this patch job is hardly worth the time. Plus, it’s certainly not going to win him any popularity points.
