Biden Sues Gas Station Chain Same Day as Being Mocked for Shuffling Into It

When one party sues another, there is usually little of one having anything to do with the other beyond that which is necessary by the courts. There also is typically some animosity between the two.

Apparently, that’s not the case when it comes to Biden.

As I am sure you know, Biden is hitting the campaign trail pretty hard these days, needing to wrangle up all the supporters he can before primaries and the general election. As such, he was doing a swing through Pennsylvania recently, where he apparently got snack-hungry and so stopped at a gas station to satisfy his cravings.

That gas station happened to be a Sheetz. But as it just so happens, his administration filed a suit against Sheetz on the same day.

Naturally, it begs the question, did someone forget to tell Biden about it? I guess he could have also forgotten. Or there is the possibility that he just doesn’t care.

Apparently, Sheetz is being accused of racial discrimination by Biden’s Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

The EEOC said, “According to the lawsuit, Sheetz has maintained a longstanding practice of screening all job applicants for records of criminal conviction and then denying them employment based on those records.”

And seeing as how the criminal justice system supposedly discriminately targets those “of color,” most who Sheetz denied jobs were either black, “multiracial,” or Native American.

According to the screenings, 14.5 percent of those denied jobs were black, 13.5 were “multiracial,” 13 percent were Native American, and eight percent were white.

Now, Sheetz is not being accused of “active racism,” just that they use practices that seem discriminatory.

In any case, Biden seems to have no concerns about where he gets his snacks from or who he’s suing…
